Our support contracts offer a scalable approach to engineering. Charged quarterly you can increase or decrease our commitment to you as and when you need to.

  • Half day on-site visit per month


  • 40 hours support per month
  • Half day on-site visit per fortnight


  • 60 hours support per month
  • Half day on-site visit per week

Remote dial in diagnosis/support
Software installation/License Installation 

Target response times:

High Impact fault - within 2 working hours
Medium impact fault - within 4 working hours
Low impact fault - within 8 working hours
