Any customer can ring our sales or engineering teams for hardware, software, or just some advice and actually talk to a human. That human works to determine what’s needed and we spring into action. It takes the stress out of ordering products for your business – letting us take care of the hard work so you can focus on your day-to-day.
There’s no sense in a visual effects artist, for example, spending hours on end trying to source the best price SSDs for their on-site storage. Our customers often contact us with exactly that request: “I need more SSDs.” We’ll find out what they’re for, how big they need to be and leave that artist to get on with their day. Our sales team will contact our suppliers to find the components, agree a price, and then I come in. My job is to order and get the items delivered to Escape quickly as possible while keeping the customer informed with regular updates.
When the items arrive in our office they go to our engineers for any installation, configuration, and testing until they’ve met the correct standards. Once the order is ready to go out the door, I step in and arrange a fast and direct delivery.
