To become an accredited Autodesk Specialised Partner, our team had to demonstrate that we have a business plan specific to their specialisation area, have a number of customer references, and that we can offer a high level of technical background and support to customers in the Media and Entertainment industry.
The new Autodesk Partner Specialisations enable value added resellers like us to highlight and brand our expertise in delivering services in key industry areas. By completing the required curriculum and training, as well as meeting required levels of service and standards set by Autodesk, we have demonstrated we can be a trusted adviser to Autodesk customers throughout the world.
In regards to hardware and pipeline infrastructure, we have been supporting Flame set-ups for some time now. Our engineers, who all have a background in post production, have been supporting their own systems for many years. It was a natural progression for us to partner with Autodesk to become a reseller for Flame too. We have built many systems and have some amazing hardware / software pricing coming out shortly, for both sale and rental. Watch this space!
Commenting on the his experience working with Escape Technology, Jon Trussler, Flame Artist / VFX Supervisor / Owner and co-founder of Coffee and TV, said — “Escape Technology has provided us with both great technical support and also an expert view on the most cutting edge hardware for our Flame needs. When we upgraded to our new Linux systems they advised us based on their own research into the fastest storage systems and raid controllers and shared in our cutting edge approach to the latest technological solutions. Even when we need bespoke solutions Escape always rise to the challenge. We've ended up with the fastest machines I've ever had the pleasure to work on. “
